Is there an expiry date?
Yes, the expiry date for each Cash Voucher is clearly displayed within the "My Account" section of the website. It is the member's responsibility to utilise the credit before the expiration date. Expired vouchers cannot be renewed.
Who can use vouchers?
· Member Exclusive: Cash Vouchers are only available to registered members with an active account on aosom.co.uk. They cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, or traded to any other account or individual.
· Personal Use Only: Vouchers are intended strictly for personal use. They are not available to, and may not be used by, business customers, trade accounts, dropshippers, or employees of MH Star UK Ltd.

How many vouchers can be used per order?
Only one Cash Voucher can be applied per transaction. Cash Vouchers must be applied at the time of checkout. We are unable to apply vouchers to orders that have already been placed, confirmed, or processed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the voucher is selected and the discount is reflected in the order total before completing the transaction.
Can vouchers be used in conjunction with other website promotions?
Yes, vouchers can be used alongside discount codes. However, only one discount code may be applied per order.
Can vouchers be used on all products?
Vouchers are valid only on products sold and fulfilled by MH Star UK Ltd.
Note: Third-party items (identifiable by a SKU beginning with ""F-"") are excluded from Cash Voucher applications.
Can I use vouchers for anything else?
Cash Vouchers apply solely to the purchase price of the product. They cannot be used to cover delivery charges, installation fees, insurance/extended warranty, or any other service-related costs.

Will my voucher be refunded if I returned an order?
· Proportional Allocation: In the event of a return or refund, Cash Vouchers are applied proportionally across all eligible items in the order.
· Calculation: Your refund will consist of the actual cash amount paid for the item, minus its proportional share of the voucher value.
· No Reinstatement: Cash Vouchers are one-time use promotional credits. Once an order is placed, the voucher is considered ""spent."" If you return an item or cancel an order, the Cash Voucher will not be reinstated to your account, nor will its value be refunded as cash.
