All orders need to be completed via our checkout page, located at the top right of every screen. If however, you do encounter any difficulties, please ring us on 0800 240 4050 or by filling out our ‘’contact form’’ and we will be happy to assist you. Whether it’s via credit/debit card or through PayPal, all orders will be held until payment is cleared.
Dispatching orders daily between Monday and Friday, we aim to process and send out every item ordered within 24 hours. However, at times, due to unforeseen circumstances, there can be delays to your shipment. In these circumstances we will try to inform you at earliest convenience.
Aosom UK reserves the right to cancel orders with unverified card accounts and/or those associated with a third party shipping address.
To ensure you get your order as soon as possible, we ship everyday Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. There may be occassions where dispatch may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and we will endeavour to update you should such a situation arise.
All orders placed on Aosom.co.uk come with free standard delivery to Mainland UK, Channel Island addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands & Lowlands, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight).
- 24 hours dispatch (except weekends and bank holidays).
- UK Mainland delivery between 1-4 working days. For warehouse shipments outside UK Mainland, delivery will take between 4-8 days. Please refer to each individual product listing for more specific information.
- We also offer next day delivery services to customers in UK Mainland (additional costs may apply). This only applies to orders placed between Monday and Friday and before 1pm, with orders placed on weekends being dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information where you can track the status of your order. The courier may contact you regarding your order with the telephone number you provided at the time of ordering.
For large and heavy items the delivery courier requires a ‘pre-delivery notice’ which means you need to give a valid contact number on your order so the courier can contact you to arrange a specific delivery day. Please be aware that the delivery driver is only able to deliver goods to the kerbside of your property and is unable to take any items or assemble it for you.
For selected items, our delivery partner will deliver to a room of your choice and can also take away all packaging leaving you with one less thing to worry about.

There is no additional charge for this service.
Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation containing your order number, order info, tracking number and tracking link, keeping you up to date with the whereabouts of your package. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email in your inbox.

If you don't get your order by the latest estimated delivery date, our On-time Delivery Guarantee will entitle you with a £5 off voucher for your next order (Each order can only get once).
To be eligible for this guarantee you must:
- place the order through a registered account
- not be a business or dropship customer
To claim your discount, you must fill out the On-time Delivery Guarantee form. Once we have processed your submission, you will receive a £5 off voucher to be used on your next order. The code can only be used once and is valid for 3 months. It cannot be used in conjunction with other codes.
The Guaranteed Delivery Date is the final day of the estimated delivery window specified in your order confirmation email. We determine the actual arrival date using the tracking information from our shipping partner. Please be aware that our on-time delivery guarantee is fulfilled if:
- The package arrives at your address (or safe space) on or before the Guaranteed Delivery Date
- A delivery attempt is made on or before this date, even if unsuccessful
- The package is returned to the sender due to circumstances such as the recipient being absent
In essence, a timely delivery attempt satisfies our guarantee, regardless of whether you physically receive the package on that day.
The On-time delivery guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Pre-orders
- Incorrect order details
- Post-sale adjustments (change of address, leave in safe place)
- Return/exchange orders
- Unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, strike action, national emergency. Such events will be determined at our sole discretion.
